Can I Exchange My Items?
Products purchased from Fitraz can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange requests will only be accepted if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original product specifications.
- The item received is different from what you ordered.

Fitraz reviews every exchange request on a case-by-case basis and aims to provide a fair solution to our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item, a replacement may be provided after verification.
Customers are required to email clear photographic evidence of the defective item to support@fitraz.com within 4 days of purchase.
Exchange Conditions
We may not be able to process an exchange in the following cases:
- The exchange request is made after the specified time period.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- The product has been tampered with.
- Price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories are missing.
- Undergarments and similar personal-use items can only be exchanged if delivered damaged or defective.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
- If the originally purchased sale item is out of stock, the exchange may not be processed.
Refund Policy
Fitraz does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
Eligible products can only be exchanged according to the terms of this policy.
How Can I Exchange My Items?
To exchange an eligible item, please contact our support team first at
support@fitraz.com.
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you regarding the return shipment process.
Customers may be required to send the package through a courier service. Once the returned item is received and inspected,
we will process the exchange request.
A delivery fee may be charged for exchange shipments, depending on the order and courier service.
Warehouse / Return Address
Our return address will be shared by the Fitraz support team after your exchange request is approved.
Please do not send any parcel without contacting us first.
Note: Fitraz reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after reviewing the product condition and order details.
