During sale periods, public holidays, or high-volume seasons, delivery may take 5–9 working days.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or verification procedures.
Online payments are subject to payment verification before processing.

What Happens If I’m Not Available When My Order Is Delivered?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
The courier may contact you to confirm delivery.
The shipment may be re-attempted.
Delivery is usually attempted up to two times.
If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Fitraz. In such cases, you may need to place a new order.
